You’ll have fun exploring new poses, breathing past your previous limits, and ultimately learning more about yourself, your body and your yoga practice. The room is heated to 92-98 degrees which allows for more circulation, detoxification, and cleansing of the mind, body and spirit.
HOT YOGA by Sunrise
Time to get toasty! The name of the game here is heat, health and hatha. This class is practiced in a heated room (95-100 degrees). It is a fun, grounding, and challenging series of poses held for 30 to 60 seconds each. This class is designed to increase strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, circulation, boost metabolism and overall health. Appropriate for students of all levels.
Gentle Yoga is a class designed to rejuvenate and heal the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are often used to enhance the poses and keep the body safe. Gentle yoga moves at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. As with any yoga or fitness practice, those with medical conditions, please check with your physician about adding this class to your weekly schedule. Appropriate for students of all levels.
Vin/Yin yoga is the perfect balance of power and relaxation. Enjoy the combination of a flowing vinyasa practice for the first half and move into focusing on the deeper connective tissues of the body during the second half of class. For those of you new to Yin, Yin Yoga will help you reach new depths in postures and increase your range of motion by holding postures for a longer length of time. This practice is great for all levels and for those who want to increase flexibility and strength through a deeper integration of the body, mind and breath.
Take some time to unwind. This class is focused on allowing your body, breath, and mind to find a way to deep relaxation and restoration. The nature of this class is to nurture and heal the muscles and connective tissue in the body. Your natural breath will allow you to experience a deeper stretch and relaxation as you gently move your way through 5-6 poses that are deeply supported. Each pose is held for 5-10 minutes. Incorporating this class into your schedule is a must for anyone who usually thrives on a high energy lifestyle and yoga practice. Appropriate for students of all levels.

Barre + Yoga Fusion
The perfect combination of yoga + barre! This 60 minute class combines the small, isolated movements of barre with the strengthening, lengthening and stretching of yoga. This class is appropriate for students of all levels!
Lift, Tone, and Tuck! If you’re looking for amazing results on the tone, shape, and strength of your body this class is made for you. In this dance inspired workout, individual muscle groups are targeted using very specific, small movements. These small movements will quickly fatigue the muscle which leads to the drastic strengthening and toning that you can’t help but love. It’s worth it! Appropriate for students of all levels.
Take that standard Barre class you know and love and turn up the heat! Our Hot Barre classes get to around 95-98 degrees, allowing for more depth, lengthening and strengthening! You'll sweat. You'll shake. You'll love it!
FLEX Cardio Barre is designed to get the heart rate working around 60%-70% of maximum capacity using traditional barre movements combined with slightly larger athletic exercises. This upbeat, fun class is sure to bring in aspects of that cardio element you are looking for while still staying true to those classic barre movements. If you are new to barre, we recommend taking a FLEX Barre class before trying Cardio Barre.
High Intensity Interval Training combined with FLEX Barre to create the ultimate workout! Intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, active recovery at the barre. This 45 minute class is sure to get you moving, sweating and working in ways you never have before! If you are new to barre, we recommend taking a FLEX Barre class before trying HIIT Barre.
FLEX Hot Pilates focuses on strengthening core muscles with Pilate inspired exercise to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. With the addition of heat, more oxygen gets to the muscles and helps removal of waste, carbon dioxide and lactic acid. All fitness levels are welcomed!
