Do you require socks for barre class?
We do not require socks for our barre classes. If you do choose to wear socks, we recommend wearing grippy socks.
Do you have parking available?
Yes! We have parking available at both locations.
Five Points: Feel free to park in the Five Points Plaza or our overflow lot on 28th and Welton. Street parking is usually available as well.
Park Hill: Parking is available in the Oneida Park Shopping Center as well as neighborhood parking.
I have never taken a barre or yoga class before — can I still sign up for class?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcomed at FLEX :
New to yoga? We recommend starting with one of these classes: Non-Heated Vinyasa, Athlete Recovery, VinYin, Restore + Stretch
New to barre? We recommend trying our FLEX Barre class!
I showed up for class but the door was locked.
We lock the front doors as soon as class gets started to ensure the safety of everyone, and everything inside. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to guarantee enough pre-class prep time.
I am interested in signing up for a membership, but not sure I see one that fits exactly what I am looking for.

I purchased a class pack, but my schedule changed and I can no longer make it to classes. Can I get a refund?
We totally understand changing schedules, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on class packs or drop-ins. If there is someone you would like to ‘gift’ your class pack to, we can arrange that! We also have a community pot of unused classes for those who are on a tighter budget, etc., and we can put your unused classes toward that pot.
Lost + Found?
Yes! We have a lost and found at both locations. We’re unable to look for individual items ourselves, but you are more than welcome to come take a look! Our doors open 20 minutes before a class gets started, and then opens again once class is out. Check our schedules to make sure you arrive at a time when the doors are unlocked. We clear out all of our Lost + Found items on the first of the month — anything left will be donated.
